Andy Bray is the Chief Financial Officer at Sermo. Andy joined Sermo in February 2021 to build upon the company’s strong financial foundation with a key focus on commercial growth and revenue opportunity creation.
Andy has 20+ years of leadership experience and a proven track record of growing company value in both established and start-up environments across retail, insurance, financial services and sports/music. Previously, Andy was COO and CFO of 23 Capital where he managed the company’s finance strategy, risk analysis, and overall business performance. Prior to that, he spent over a decade at XL Catlin where he grew a profitable book of high margin business through his strategic direction, as well as previously being responsible for corporate planning initiatives.
Andy received both his Bachelor’s Degree in Geography and Master’s Degree in Information Technology from Loughborough University. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his three other bosses – his daughters.
