Erin Fitzgerald is the Chief Marketing Officer at Sermo. Erin joined Sermo in 2018 to lead the strategy and delivery of the company’s global marketing strategy; commercial go-to-market, community growth, brand development, demand generation operations, corporate communications and media relations.
Erin joins Sermo with over 10 years of marketing and leadership experience from enterprise B2B2C companies. Most recently, Erin led AccentHealth’s digital transformation through enhanced go-to-market strategies and new product launches, culminating in the sale of the business to Outcome Health. Prior, Erin oversaw all marketing functions for Everyday Health’s fastest-growing division as well as the global media company Conde Nast. Her expertise includes building high performance teams, driving demand generation, defining compelling brand narratives for market-entry & mature brands and bringing the client experience to the core of the enterprise. Erin holds a Master of Science in Marketing from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Marketing Communications from FIT. She is a member of Chief.
