The Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with 1-2 years experience with impeccable organizational skills and the desire to learn more about targeted marketing campaigns.
Marketing Coordinator
Responsibilities
The Coordinator's primary focus will be on managing targeted marketing programs tailored to individual physician specialties. The responsibilities for this include:
- Coordinating targeted marketing programs
- Maintaining marketing program calendar
- Soliciting and coordinating physician case moderators
- Tracking case moderator payments
- Measuring results of case conferences
- Running other day to day activities of the marketing team
Qualifications
- Recent college graduate with 1-2 years experience
- College coursework or professional experience in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. Knowledge of Access a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to deliver in an environment where priorities can rapidly shift
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
