Sermo is currently looking for an Office Hospitality Assistant. This unique position combines the duties of an administrative assistant with the duties of a concierge to provide top-notch service to Sermo employees and guests. Office culture is important to us at Sermo and this position, more than others, is responsible for maintaining a setting that makes employees excited to come to work each day. Office Hospitality Assistant

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver superlative customer interactions that build loyalty among our physician customers with every value-added interaction you provide.

Responsibilities

• Answering phones and relaying calls
• Greeting guests
• Maintaining a fully stocked kitchen
• Ordering food and office supplies
• Keeping kitchen and office clean and neat
• Providing administrative support to our various teams
• Special projects as needed

Qualifications

• 1-2 years office experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office suite
• Familiarity with Mac operating system
• Must be impeccably organized
• Ability to multi-task
• Detail oriented
• Must be physically able to lift at least 20 pounds
